2. No Trading

PolySide does not facilitate, execute, or recommend any trades. We do not have access to your wallet, funds, or any personal information. All data displayed is publicly available through Polymarket APIs.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors from upstream sources. Winner Scores are recalculated periodically and may not reflect the most recent market activity.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

Any trading decisions you make based on PolySide data are entirely your own responsibility. Prediction markets carry significant risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment.

5. Privacy

PolySide does not collect personal information. No user accounts, no login, no wallet connections. Language preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. All analytics are based on publicly available blockchain data.

The Winner Score methodology, ranking algorithms, and wallet classification systems are proprietary to PolySide. Market data originates from Polymarket and is used under their public API terms.
